This tier pricing provides a reduced cost on space to companies who decide to increase their booth size at the conference.

1-5 Booths @ $3,375
6-10 Booths @ $3,175
11 and over @ $2,975
Please Note: Discounted rates apply exclusively to each pricing tier. Individual booth prices will remain at the base rate for the first 5 booths of a reservation, decreasing as booths 6 to 10 are reserved, and decreasing further as booths 11 and above are reserved. This is demonstrated in the example.
For example:
If you would like to buy 1200 square feet of space, (12 booths total), it would look like this:
(New) Island Upgrade
► Guaranteed island for 1,000 square feet (10 booths) or more at no additional charge.
► Any smaller, naturally occurring island created by the layout of the exhibit hall will be treated as a legitimate island booth and will be given on a first come, first served basis at no additional charge.
► Anything under $1,000 square feet will be considered a peninsula or standard in-line booth unless the Island Upgrade is purchased.
Island Upgrade: $300 one-time fee:
To reserve an island under the guaranteed island size, (1,000 SqFt) you may purchase the Island Upgrade option. Booths that qualify for the island upgrade are limited to 20×20, 20×30, and 20×40 booths. This option is not available for any in-line standard or multiple standard booth. Only select locations apply.
If interested in the island upgrade please inquire with Stephanie Christman, Exposition Planner, at christman@pittcon.org Please note the island upgrade is designed to allow for a smaller island if desired, and the island upgrade fee covers the cost of the carpet needed to create the aisles around the island booth.
