Online Booth Space Ordering Will Begin Earlier for Pittcon 2021

Online booth space ordering opens to exhibitors requesting 800sq. feet or more.

February 3, 2020
The Pittcon team will begin placing those orders of 800sq. feet or more on the floor.

March 16, 2020
Online booth space ordering opens to exhibitors requesting under 800 sq. feet.

*** Prior to March 16, 2020 there will be NO ordering available to companies requesting under 800sq. feet.

On January 20, 2020 an email will be sent notifying all Exhibitors that booth space ordering is now available for orders of ONLY 800sq feet or more. Starting on February 3, 2020 these orders will be assigned to the floor by our team based on seniority. Beginning on March 16, 2020 booth space ordering will open to Exhibitors requesting space that is under 800 sq. feet.

PLEASE NOTE: this online ordering link will be emailed based on groupings of seniority and will not be available to everyone on March 16, 2020. You will receive access to this link based on where your seniority falls in our time frame. Each grouping will have ONE WEEK to select their booth before we open access to the next grouping. If you should miss your seniority placement, you can still order space after your allotted time frame.

This new process will allow you to gain your booth number/information earlier in the year so that you can begin planning immediately. Our goal is to provide you with a quick, easy, and fair booth ordering process.
