Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted in writing to registration@pittcon.org before April 23, 2027.
  • Requests must include your 7-digit Registration Confirmation ID.
  • No refunds will be issued after April 23, 2027.
  • No refunds for no-shows.
  • Science Week donations are non-refundable.
  • The refund policy and applicable cancellation fees also apply when a paid registration is converted to a Speaker, Instructor, or Corporate Guest registration.
  • The refund policy also applies in cases of visa rejection or refusal.
  • All cancellations may be subject to applicable fees.
  • The Pittsburgh Conference (Pittcon) reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

Attendee / Student Registration Cancellations

On or before March 18, 2027

  • Attendees: Refund minus $75 cancellation fee.
  • Students: Refund minus $25 cancellation fee.

March 19, 2027 and April 23, 2027

  • Attendees: Refund minus $150 cancellation fee.
  • Students: Refund minus $25 cancellation fee.

Short Course Cancellations

On or before March 18, 2027

  • Attendees: Refund minus $75 per course.
  • Students: Refund minus $50 per course.

March 19, 2027 and April 23, 2027

  • Attendees: Refund minus $150 per course.
  • Students: Refund minus $50 per course.

Pittcon Party / Social Event Cancellations:

  • Due to reservation requirements, there will be NO refunds for the Pittcon Party & Social Events issued after the deadline date of March 18, 2027.
