Presented by Scott D. Hanton

Recorded October 26, 2021

Lab management is a big responsibility that involves a wide variety of leadership and management skills. Most lab managers earn the role through excellent technical work at the bench, but receive little or no training to prepare them to be effective leaders and managers.

In this Coffee Break, we’ll discuss some of the key responsibilities of leadership and management, ways we can continue to grow and improve those skills to positively contribute to the lab’s success, and have an open forum to ask questions about lab leadership and lab management.
