The Marketing Tool Kit consists of an exhibitor to do list, sample social media posts and email and press release templates. In a convenient Word document so all templates are simple to customize and use.

In an effort to achieve consistency in our message, we are requesting the title be written in text as follows:
Pittcon 2020 — TitleCase, all one word, and should always contain the year of the show.
PITTCON 2020 – Use uppercase ONLY when Pittcon appears in a sentence or heading where all the words are in uppercase. For example, VISIT OUR BOOTH AT PITTCON 2020.
The “circle-R” mark is only necessary to appear the first time Pittcon 2020 is used in a piece. We encourage and appreciate your use of our logo in your advertising and press releases. Incorrect use, however, will only serve to dilute its impact for you and for us. Thank you for your co-operation.
“Pittcon” is a registered trademark of the The Pittsburgh Conference on Analytical Chemistry and Applied Spectroscopy. Use of this registered trademark in commerce other than as “fair use” is prohibited by law except by obtaining the express written permission of The Pittsburgh Conference on Analytical Chemistry and Applied Spectroscopy.

The digital preview brochure is available for exhibitors to use. This is an inexpensive, yet effective pre-show marketing tool, to help drive traffic to your booth.

You are invited to submit a Press Release which will be made available to the media on the Exhibitor Press Release page in the press center. Please carefully choose which press release you would like to post, as we will only be able to do a one time posting per company.

Submissions received after February 21, 2020, may not be posted until after Pittcon.

In addition, The Pittcon Pocket Guide is sent digitally to a select group of conferees prior to Pittcon,.and Thursday’s issue of Pittcon Today will be emailed to all conferees.
