You must be an exhibitor to rent these rooms.

Seminar Rooms
Seminar Rooms (20′ x 20′ Units) holds approximately 40 people comfortably.

The cost of these rooms are for the entire week.

    Option 1- Without Ceiling (Cost: $7,500)

    This room is constructed of sound-absorbing Velcro panels and will include the following: exposition color carpeting, 2 draped tables, 6 side chairs, 2 wastebaskets, and 2 lockable doors. Furniture and additional items for the room can be rented from GES.

    Option 2- With Ceiling (Cost: $8,900)

    This room is constructed of sound-absorbing Velcro panels and will include the following: exposition color carpeting, 2 draped tables, 6 side chairs, 2 wastebaskets, 2 lockable doors, ceiling, lighting, air conditioning, and a graphic header. Furniture and additional items for the room can be rented from GES.

    Electrical service is a separate cost and must be ordered through GES using their form which is located on the exhibitor services section of the website. The Exhibitor Service Manual will be available online in late October.

Customer Contact Rooms
These rooms can be rented on a 3 hour basis:

Cost: $475
per 3 hours


Holds approximately 10 people comfortably.
10′ x 20′ Room
Cost: $700
per 3 hours


Holds approximately 20 people comfortably.

Each room will come with a clothed round table and chairs, along with electric. Any additional services will be the exhibitor’s responsibility to order.

CONFLICTING EVENTS
The exhibitor agrees not to extend invitations, call meetings, host hospitality events, seminars, distribute literature or otherwise encourage the absence of industry professionals from the exhibit hall and meeting rooms during the hours of all Education and Conference activities and official evening events. All requests for meeting rooms, hotel suites and special function rooms must be approved by The Pittsburgh Conference. If an exhibitor cancels their exhibit space, they will automatically lose the opportunity to use any approved meeting rooms, hotel suites or special function rooms.
