Looking for space on the exposition floor to meet with potential customers or employees? Pittcon is offering Seminar Rooms and Customer Contact Rooms to our exhibitors to hold such events.
You must be an exhibitor to rent these rooms.
Conflicting Events
The exhibitor agrees not to extend invitations, call meetings, host hospitality events, seminars, distribute literature or otherwise encourage the absence of industry professionals from the exhibit hall and meeting rooms during the hours of all education and conference activities and official evening events. All requests for meeting rooms, hotel suites and special function rooms must be approved by Pittcon. If an exhibitor cancels their exhibit space, they will automatically lose the opportunity to use any approved meeting rooms, hotel suites or special function rooms.

Option 1- Without Ceiling (Cost: $7,500)
This room is constructed of sound-absorbing Velcro panels and will include the following: exposition color carpeting, 2 draped tables, 6 side chairs, 2 wastebaskets, and 2 lockable doors.
Option 2- With Ceiling (Cost: $8,900)
This room is constructed of sound-absorbing Velcro panels and will include the following: exposition color carpeting, 2 draped tables, 6 side chairs, 2 wastebaskets, 2 lockable doors, ceiling, lighting, air conditioning, and a graphic header.
Electrical service is a separate cost and must be ordered through GES.
