Pittcon 2016 Now Accepting Booth Space Reservations Discounted Rate Deadline July 13, 2015

Pittsburgh, PA – July 8, 2015 – The Pittcon Exposition Committee is now accepting booth space reservations for Pittcon 2016, which will be held March 6-10, at The Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. The discounted rate of $2,600 for a standard 10’ x 10’ space is available to all exhibitors until July 13, 2015. The cost per booth after July 13, is $3,050. Those who wish to be included in the first round of booth assignments should have their agreements submitted by the end of July, as floor placements will begin August 2015.

Statistics for 2015 compiled by ITN, Pittcon’s official registration company, reported that 77% of conferees are involved in the decision making process. Based on 2015 survey results, 50% of respondents claim they plan to place an order and 77% of those plan to make that purchase within six months of the show. In addition, 44% of attendees are looking for products for multiple departments. Of the attendance, 40% are first-time conferees.

Pittcon attracts a global audience reporting 28% of attendees were from outside the United States. The top industries represented include education, instrument manufacturing, biotechnology, chemicals, pharmaceutical, environmental, medical/clinical/forensics, food/beverage, process manufacturing, metals/minerals, and petroleum/petrochemicals.
