Looking for space on the exposition floor to meet with potential customers or employees? Seminar Rooms, Customer Contact Rooms and Meeting Space are available for our exhibitors to hold such events
Rooms are constructed of sound-absorbing Velcro panels and will include the following: exposition-color carpeting, 2 draped tables, 30 side chairs, 2 wastebaskets and electric. Any additional items or services will be the exhibitor’s responsibility to order. These rooms can be rented on a 3 1/2 hour basis.
Seminar Rooms (20′ x 20′ Units) hold approximately 40 people comfortably. Options are available with or without a ceiling.
Rooms are constructed of sound-absorbing Velcro panels and will include the following: exposition color carpeting, 2 draped tables, 6 side chairs, 2 wastebaskets, and 2 lockable doors. Rooms with a ceiling include lighting, air conditioning and a graphic header. Furniture and additional items for the room can be rented from GES. These rooms are rented for the entire week.
CUSTOMER CONTACT ROOMS
Each room will come with a clothed round table and chairs, along with electric. Any additional services will be the exhibitor’s responsibility to order. These rooms can be rented on a 3 hour basis.
