Registration For Booth Personnel and Corporate Guests Is Now Open

November 9, 2016 – It’s time to register your booth personnel and corporate guests. To save time and increase productivity, we encourage you to register your booth personnel and manage your corporate guests using the online Exhibitor Registration service.

The online service offers exhibitors the ability to easily:

  • Add or upload new registrants
  • Check to see who is already registered
  • Manage corporate guest registration
  • Make corrections, changes or cancellations

To access this service simply click the button. You will need your company’s name and password.


In effort to become more environmentally conscious, badges will not be mailed and each registrant will receive an official Pittcon 2017 name badge on site. Exhibitor booth personnel and corporate guests who are pre-registered will scan the barcode image on the confirmation email to quickly receive his or her badge at any Badge Pickup counter. If the email confirmation does not show an image, the confirmation number may be used instead. Exhibitors and Corporate Guests who are not pre-registered may use the Self-Registration stations during the On-site Registration hours listed below.


The registration area will be located directly in front of the entrance to the Expo Floor in McCormick Place South.

    Friday, March 3: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Badge Pick-up ONLY)
    Saturday, March 4: 7 :30 AM – 4:00 PM
    Sunday, March 5: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
    Monday, March 6: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    Tuesday, March 7: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    Wednesday, March 8: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    Thursday, March 9: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM


Your assigned Corporate Guest codes and registrations are located and easily managed through the online Exhibitor Registration service. With easy-to-follow instructions and a new tool for sending automatic invitations to your guest, registering your guests will be a breeze!


Companies who exceed the complimentary Exhibitor allotment will be required to pay $120 for each additional Exhibitor registrant during the time of registration. When registering additional booth personnel online, the system will automatically require a credit card for payment in order to complete the additional registration(s). Exhibitors that register on site will be required to pay the $120 fee before they can receive their badge. All booth personnel must have an Exhibitor badge.

Companies, who would like additional Corporate Guest registration codes after exceeding their complimentary Corporate Guest allotment, simply need to complete the request form online. Once approved, additional Corporate Guest registration codes will be available. Companies will only be charged $65 for each additional Corporate Guest registration that is over the complimentary allotment.

Please note that Corporate Guest passes are equal to a Regular Conferee registration and cannot be used as extra Booth Staff. Corporate Guests cannot access the floor during set up and tear down. Also, Corporate Guest codes cannot be “exchanged” for extra Booth Staff badges.
