Pittcon 2018 Announces Topics for 10th Year of Conferee Networking Sessions

Topics of this year’s Conferee Networking sessions span a variety of topics from the discussion of specific laboratory techniques to the role of social media in science.

Pittsburgh, PA – November 29, 2017 – The Pittcon Organizing Committee recently released the topics for Conferee Networking during Pittcon 2018, which will be in Orlando, Florida, February 26-March 1. Conferee Networking sessions provide an informal environment where participants can meet and discuss similar interests, challenges, and techniques.

Conference week will include 31 facilitated sessions in a variety of topics including cannabis, laboratory safety, biomedical, food safety, pharmaceutical science, environmental science and more. These 90-minute sessions are a unique networking opportunity open to all registered attendees at no extra cost from Monday through Thursday.

Conferee Networking Chairman Dean Tzeng commented, “Over the past 10 years, Conferee Networking sessions have grown and become a highly anticipated aspect of Pittcon.” He added, “Attendees look forward to sharing, learning and discussing their latest experiences, challenges and successes. These sessions have become a service that enhances the conference experience.”
