About Rick Parmely
Rick Parmely is the founder of Polished and Professional LLC, a training company that specializes in improving personal and professional communications resulting in enhanced leadership skills. His instruction is provided to individual clients, management and leadership teams, and training groups of all sizes. After teaching undergraduate chemistry at West Point, New York and Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, Rick joined Restek Corporation in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, in 1997. He taught chemistry and separation science theory to hundreds of clients throughout the world. With 35-plus years of teaching experience, Rick teaches science and communications courses to audiences of all sizes, both domestically and internationally. He has travelled to Europe and Africa and parts of China, working with individual clients as well as a number of groups, including NATO officials, technicians at the U.N.
