Whether this is your first time to Pittcon or you have attended past shows, Pittcon is dedicated to ensuring you have an enjoyable week. Stop at any Information Booth for  assistance on how to navigate conference week.

Pittcon 2027 registration opens October 13

The International Visitors Center (IVC) is the perfect place to seek help, hold impromptu business meetings, or just rest your feet.

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday – Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

You can request a Visa Invitation Letter to support your visa application during the registration process to attend the conference. The Visa Invitation Letter will be emailed after the participant has been registered for this conference and the registration fee has been paid in full. Original Visa Invitation Letters cannot be mailed via Post/DHL/Airmail.

Visa Invitation Letters will only be issued to:

► Approved Speakers/Instructors
► Exhibitors who have paid their exhibitor package fee in full
► Attendees who have paid their registration fee and/or Short Course fee in full, and are not from one of the countries embargoed by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control

Please note:

► Under no circumstances shall Pittcon provide a Visa Invitation Letter to any interested party who has not met the guidelines listed above

► Visa Invitation Letters are provided electronically by email only. Pittcon does not provide mailed original letters or separate PDF versions. The emailed Visa Invitation Letter may be printed or saved as a PDF by the recipient

► Visa Invitation Letters provided by Pittcon will state these facts:

• Conference/Expo title (Pittcon), dates, and location
• Registrant’s Confirmation ID, Registered Name, Company/Organization Name, Address
• Visa Invitation Letters cannot be edited or modified

► If a visa is denied, the Pittcon refund policy still applies. (see: Participation & Refund Policy)

► The Visa Invitation Letter does not financially obligate Pittcon organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to Pittcon are the sole responsibility of the participant

► Pittcon is not authorized to assist with the visa process beyond providing a Visa Invitation Letter
