COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
We are currently moving forward as an in-person show, offering the same interactive, collaborative environment that we have for over 70 years, though enhanced safety measures will be implemented. We also view this as an opportunity to expand our reach by taking some aspects of Pittcon online in a hybrid format.
However, in the event that COVID‐19 issues cause cancellation of the 2021 Conference & Expo, exhibitors will be offered two options:
Exhibitor agrees to apply their payment to 2022
► Pittcon will waive all administrative fees.
► Pittcon agrees to apply all payments received for Pittcon 2021 booths toward the cost of Pittcon 2022 booth space. Exhibitors will pay any remaining balance in the event of an increase in booth pricing or an increase in number of booths selected.
► In addition, the 2021 year (cancelled) will count toward your company’s seniority for future placement on the floor.
Exhibitor requests refund
► The exhibitor will receive a full refund, minus a 5 % fee to cover the processing cost of the
Rainprotection Insurance that refunds 96% of all covered Pittcon purchases if you’re unable to attend for reasons outside of your control.
Rainprotection Liability Insurance provides exhibitors with compliant insurance at the cost of just $70, no matter how big or how many booths you have.
