Standard 10’ x 10’ Booth: $3800

A standard 10’x10′ booth includes:

Tiered Pricing

The more you increase in booth size, the more you save!

Tiered pricing provides a reduced cost on space to companies who decide to increase their booth size at Pittcon:

  • 1-5 booths: $3800

  • 6-10 booths: $3500

  • 11+ booths: $3400

Premium Island Placement

($1200 one-time fee) You may purchase the Island premium placement option to reserve an island under the guaranteed island size of 1,000 square feet. Booths that qualify for the Island premium placement are limited to 20’x20’, 20’x30’, and 20’x40’ sizes. This option is not available for any in-line standard or multiple standard booth sizes. Only select locations apply. Please inquire at expo@pittcon.org if interested in the Island premium placement. Please note the Island premium placement is designed to allow for a smaller island if desired, and that the Island premium placement fee also covers the cost of the carpet needed to create the aisles around the island booth.

Premium Placements

An island premium placement is guaranteed at no additional charge for booths 1,000+ square feet (10+ booths). Naturally occurring islands created as a result of the layout of the exhibit hall will be treated as a legitimate island booth and will be given on a first-come, first-served basis at no additional charge. Booths under 1,000 square feet will be considered peninsulas or standard in-line booths unless the Island premium placement is purchased.
