Expo Meeting Space

Looking for space on the exposition floor to meet with potential customers or employees? Pittcon is offering Seminar Rooms and Hourly Meeting Rooms to our exhibitors to hold such events.

You must be an exhibitor to rent these rooms.

The exhibitor agrees not to extend invitations, call meetings, host hospitality events, seminars, distribute literature or otherwise encourage the absence of industry professionals from the exhibit hall and meeting rooms during the hours of all education and conference activities and official evening events. All requests for meeting rooms, hotel suites and special function rooms must be approved by Pittcon. If an exhibitor cancels their exhibit space, they will automatically lose the opportunity to use any approved meeting rooms, hotel suites or special function rooms.

Seminar Rooms (20′ x 20′ units) holds approximately 30 people comfortably. The cost of these rooms are for Sunday-Wednesday. Furniture and additional items for the room can be rented from GES. Electrical service is a separate cost and must be ordered through BCEC.

Seminar rooms constructed of sound-absorbing Velcro panels and will include the following: exposition color carpeting, 2 draped tables, 6 side chairs, 2 wastebaskets, and 2 lockable doors. (Ceilings are not available in Boston)

Mini Seminar Rooms are stand-alone rooms (10′ x 10′ units) on the Expo floor that allows you to meet in a private space to conduct business, or have a quick break. The cost of these rooms are for Monday-Wednesday.

Furniture and additional items for the room can be rented from GES. Electrical service is a separate cost and must be ordered through BCEC.

Mini seminar rooms include the following: company name on the Room, four walls, a door, and carpeting.
