Sessions are organized by topic, methodology, or application, bringing together up to seven speakers to share advances and insights. This platform strengthens your professional profile while creating opportunities for collaboration and connections with laboratories and organizations worldwide.

Propose and lead an interactive networking session where participants engage in open, peer-driven discussions around shared challenges and ideas. Included with full registration, these informal sessions emphasize collaboration, knowledge exchange, and meaningful dialogue without the structure of traditional presentations.

To encourage discussions, Networking Roundtable rooms are equipped only with a flip chart, and no A/V equipment.

Rooms are equipped with a presentation projector. Please note that workshop sessions are for non-commercial scientific activities; any promotional or solicitation activities, such as; scanning participants badges or distributing corporate collateral, is strictly prohibited.

Each invited speaker is allotted a 30-minute presentation to highlight impactful research and insights. These distinguished sessions offer speakers complimentary registration, and eligibility for travel support and hotel accommodations, reflecting the prestige and recognition associated with participation in an invited symposium.

As an organizer, you can develop a focused session centered on a specific area of research, bringing together up to seven speakers to explore a common theme. Each speaker is allotted 20 minutes to share how their work contributes to broader scientific advancements and ongoing conversations in the field. Short Courses are professional-quality classes held during conference week each year. We are now accepting short course proposals in all areas of analytical chemistry and applied spectroscopy in a variety of scientific disciplines. Areas of special focus include Instrumentation, Statistics and Data Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Chemical and Elemental Analysis, Method Development, Analysis of Biologics and Biopharmaceuticals, Environmental Analyses, Food Science, Laboratory Safety, Professional Development, and Leadership.
