SACP+SSP Committee Wrap-up Meeting

Friday, June 12, 2026  •  Park Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

The final Committee Meeting for the 2025/2026 SSP+SACP year is scheduled for Friday, June 12 at the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium in Highland Park.

ACTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS can request a total of 4 free tickets.

Additional tickets can be purchased for $23.00  (Children 2 and under are free)

Deadline to request tickets is May 20. No submissions will be accepted after the deadline. Any tickets and lunch request after the deadline will be purchased at your own expense.

9:00 AM

Sign-ins begin at the SACP-SSP table, located near the Zoo ticket booths. ALL ATTENDEES MUST SIGN-IN to receive entrance and lunch information.

12:00 – 4:00 PM

The GARDEN TENT will be open for drinks, lemonade, ice, and water.

12:00 Noon

Wrap-up meeting for Members in the GARDEN TENT.

12:30 – 1:30 PM

Lunch is available in the GARDEN TENT. BBQ pulled pork, dry rubbed bone-in chicken, smoked sausage links, coleslaw, cornbread, mac & cheese, seasonal fruit salad, ice cream novelties, and cookies.
