In order to maximize Roy’s availability, and to narrow down the volume of photos to sort, label and store, ONLY images used in printed materials, (i.e. publications, journals, newsletters, etc.), will be considered. For all other digital purposes, (emailing, social media, websites), please consider your own camera or cell phone.
If you need help taking a photo, someone from Marketing may be able to assist, and/or take the picture. Requests may be evaluated by the presidents, depending on each event’s priority.
Deadline for picture requests is February 24. Please use one form per event to be photographed.
