Student Workshops Reservation Form

Bookmark and Share

Space is limited in all workshops and selection of the schools will be first-come, first-served provided the conditions below are met. We will make an effort to maintain approximately 30 students in the groups which will be rotating through the workshops. It may be possible for a school to fill more than one group; however, we would prefer to maximize the number of schools served.

Be sure to check the sessions for availability before making your selections. The conditions below must be followed:

  • Be sure to check session availability (below) before making your selections
    • Students MUST arrive by the 9:00 AM start time
    • Students MUST be chaperoned by a minimum of one adult for each 15 students
    • ALL information requested in the reservation form must be provided

There is no charge to the school for this program. Limited funds may be available to assist with other school costs to attend these workshops. To apply for assistance please submit your application and a letter (on school letterhead, signed by the principal) indicating your circumstances and the amount of your request.

Note that refreshments will not be supplied during the workshops. A short lunch break will be provided during the day so you will want to have your students bring a brown bag lunch to eat.

If preferable, you may download the reservation form and mail or email to Science Week.
