Pittcon Releases New Website for 2015

Pittsburgh, PA – September 22, 2014 – Pittcon is pleased to announce the recent release of a new website for Pittcon 2015 with viewing compatibility with most mobile platforms. Other new features include improved navigation, quick link access to recently posted material, enhanced readability and more robust landing pages. The site also adheres to current best practices outlined by leading website consultants and designers.

Information on Pittcon 2015, which will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana, March 8-12, 2015, will be posted as it becomes available. Short Course listings are currently published for viewing, as well as, exhibiting companies to date. The Technical Program and Conferee Networking sessions are expected to post in mid-October.

When asked to comment on the new site, Scott Kozuch, Pittcon webmaster commented, “Due to the increasing popularity of mobile devices, it was time to move to a responsive design that dynamically changes the website’s appearance, depending on the orientation and screen size. This allows for easier reading and navigation, resulting in a better user experience across a wide range of devices and platforms.”
