Lunch & Learn Sessions

We are again offering exhibitors the opportunity to participate in the "Lunch & Learn" Sessions at Pittcon® 2009 on Monday through Thursday of Conference Week. These sessions give exhibitors an opportunity to host a luncheon for up to 10 attendees and provide an opportunity for more in-depth discussion of your company's products and services.

These informative sessions pair interested conferees with representatives of exhibiting companies. Over lunch, they can discuss the company's products and services as well as address specific questions in a more relaxed setting. "Lunch & Learn" sessions also give exhibitors and conferees an excellent opportunity to discuss important issues in a more private atmosphere than what is offered on the Exposition Floor.

Each exhibitor participating in the "Lunch & Learn" Program purchases ten $15 lunch vouchers and invites ten sales contacts. On a prearranged day, a table in an exclusive Lunch & Learn area on the Exhibit Floor is reserved from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for that exhibitor's group. The exhibitor distributes the vouchers to the guests, who then get what they want from the various stands in the restaurant areas on the exposition floor. Everyone returns to the table and the sales presentation, user group meeting, or whatever the exhibitor has planned can begin. 

The Lunch and Learn area will be constructed of sound-absorbing Velcro panels similar to the seminar rooms.  Within this area, each table will be partitioned with a Velcro panel, making them semi private.
