Space is limited and the rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Customer Contact Rooms
These rooms can be rented on a 3 hour basis:

Morning Hours Afternoon Hours
Monday-Wednesday 9:30 am – 12:30 pm 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Thursday 9:30 am – 12:30 pm (not available)
10′ x 10′ Room
$350
per 3 hours


A 10’ x 10’ room will hold approximately 10 people comfortably.
10′ x 20′ Room
$575
per 3 hours


A 10’ x 20’ room will hold approximately 20 people comfortably.

Each room will come with a clothed round table and chairs, along with electric. Any additional services will be the exhibitor’s responsibility to order.
