Submit your completed booth space agreement and the payment form (only if you are paying by Master Card, Visa or American Express), otherwise we accept a check drawn on a U.S. Bank or a Wire Transfer. Please note booth space assignments will begin the first week in August. Space is allocated in seniority order.
