Find the Perfect Candidate

Register as an employer with the Employment Bureau (EB) to view available candidate information, credentials and resumes during Pittcon. All searches will be done electronically; therefore, all employers should bring their computers or other devices for accessing the internet and e-mails.

Employers may schedule 30 minute interviews with candidates in private interview rooms. Employers can also place company information in the Employer Information Center (EIC) to display information about their company for ALL candidates to view.

Free, general interview rooms are available, but employers are encouraged to reserve a standard or deluxe room. The advantage of reserving a standard or deluxe room is that you will have access to this private room throughout the week. (General interview rooms are assigned by EB staff for each scheduled interview, so you may be assigned a different room for each interview.)

NEW – Need more time before the interviews start? Review candidate profiles two weeks prior to conference week. Start viewing profiles on February 19 instead of Sunday, March 5.

Employer Information Center
An employer can also reserve free table space in the EIC, the Employer Information Center. This is an area of tables located in the Candidate Area where employers can place information about their company for ALL candidates to view. A list of all employers with tables will be posted on the Candidate and Employer bulletin boards.

Interview Rooms

Interview rooms are available: Sunday, March 5 through Thursday, March 9.

General Interview Room
General, unreserved rooms will be assigned on-site by EB staff for each scheduled interview. You may be assigned a different room for each interview, depending on availability. Rooms are 8 x 8 feet, with a table and 3 chairs.

Cost: Free

Standard Interview Room
Standard interview rooms are reserved ahead of time and are for employers who want the same room all week. Employers can display literature or other materials used during the interview process. Rooms are 8 x 8 feet, with a table and 3 chairs. These rooms are limited and reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

Cost: $650

ROOM RENTAL CONTRACT
Deluxe Interview Room
Deluxe interview rooms are twice the size (16 x 8 feet) of a standard room, and come equipped with electric. Rooms are also reserved for the week so employers can display literature or other materials. Deluxe rooms come with 2 tables, 6 chairs and electrical outlets. They are not connected to other rooms and are less susceptible to outside noise. These rooms are very limited and will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

Cost: $950
